Monthly Program: $160/month to be paid monthly at the start of the program with $150 initiation fee.
This initiation fee equates to and includes 2 x 1 hour training sessions! These sessions are to be used in the first 6 months of coaching (expire 6 months from the start date).
If 6 months are paid in full ($960), the initiation fee is waived, and the athlete still receives the 2 x 1 hour training sessions.
Individual Sessions: Examples include swim lessons at a pool/lake, run technique work at a track, strength training guidance at a home/school gym, nutrition counseling, etc.
$50 per session (1 hour) plus additional fees to be covered by client (ex. pool entry)
5 sessions for $225
10 sessions for $450
Many individuals may show up for a session, and the cost will still be $50 total (ex. 5 people schedule a single swim session together, so the cost is $10 per person).
Virtual Training Sessions: Examples include dryland swim technique, mobility and strength exercises, running drills, nutrition counseling, etc. from the comfort of your own home (Zoom or video chat).
